Orange County NORML is a chapter of the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws. Founded in 2003 OC NORML is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that serves as an educational resource for the community. OC NORML believes that by providing fact-based information on cannabis it will make the community safer, help create jobs and opportunity, and reduce the stigmatization of cannabis and its consumers.Orange County NORML believes that cannabis when used responsibly by adults should be treated the same as other legal substances and has many benefits not only to its users but to communities that regulate its use, as well as commercial and medical benefits.
